All prices on the website exclude shipping fees.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Free shipping within North America.

Stock orders are normally ship within 24 hours after payment and confirmation. If an item is not in stock, we will notify you and ship it as soon as it’s available. Please allow 3-5 business days for stock items.

Custom machine orders will be shipped with 10 business days. This is standard production time but cannot be guaranteed. Occasionally, an order is delayed due to reasons beyond our control. If we are notified of a delay we will contact you and inform you of the additional time needed for delivery.

Custom handmade orders will be shipped with 6 weeks. This is standard production time but cannot be guaranteed. Occasionally, an order is delayed due to reasons beyond our control. If we are notified of a delay we will contact you and inform you of the additional time needed for delivery.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping within North America.

International shipping rates are calculated based on destination address. You must complete the registration process to obtain shipping calculation.

International Shipping

Please note, customs or other postal officials can delay the delivery time. Your order can be held up for reasons such as taxes, duties or broker fees and you, the buyer will be held responsible for fees due.

Shipping Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. This tracking number will allow you to track your order for confirmation of actual delivery date.

Address

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed.
