Return Policy

Adelle Inc. is committed to an extraordinary level of client service and satisfaction. We want you to have a superior experience when doing business with us! We want to know if you are not satisfied with your purchase or any service you have received.

Returns

Due to federal laws and health regulations, we cannot accept the return of used hair or items. We highly suggest that you thoroughly inspect and examine the hair PRIOR to opening the packages, making sure that you are completely satisfied with the product. You may NOT comb, brush, wash, dye, curl, braid, spray, wear, or treat the hair in any way if considering a product exchange.

Refunds

We guarantee the quality of our products. As such we have a 30-day money back guarantee. This guarantee applies to stock items and does not extend to custom colors. Stock colors are #1b and natural. The 30-day guarantee applies to products that have not been used, cut or altered in any way. All other returns fall under our standard return policy of being issued an Adelle Credit. Please review terms below.

Credits

Credits are issued as Adelle Product Credit. We do not issue cash, check, or credit card refunds. If after receiving our human hair products and you have an issue with the hair color or texture, notification must be received by Adelle within 7 days after the product is shipped from our premises. If you fail to provide notice before the expiration of 7 days, the offer to receive a credit shall be null and void. The product(s) must be received by Adelle within 21 days of your original Shipment Date. You will be responsible for the shipping fee.

Within 14 days of receiving your package, we will issue you a store credit, minus the original shipping charges which will be good for use up to one year. We do not ship COD.

Exchange Policy

Adelle Inc. offers a no-hassle exchange policy. If you are not happy with your selection and wish to exchange any unopened packages within 7 days of purchase, please contact us via our website. Merchandise must be received before an exchange can be issued. Please allow 48 hours for processing.

Any returns for credit or exchange must be in original packaging, and in perfect condition to be restocked.

All returned goods must be in the original condition as it was sent to you. If the goods have been altered in any way, then we cannot do an exchange! This includes but is not limited to any of the following:

  • DO Not Cut the Lace
  • DO NOT Rip or Tear the Lace
  • DO NOT Put any kind of Chemicals on the Wig Unit
  • DO NOT Wear the Wig Unit
  • DO NOT Put Glue or Tape on the Wig Unit
  • DO NOT Put Products on the Wig Unit
  • DO NOT Wash or Condition the Wig Unit
  • DO NOT Dye the Wig Unit
  • DO NOT Perm or Put Relaxer on the Wig Unit
  • DO NOT Style or Cut the Hair of the Wig Unit
  • DO NOT Destroy or Lose any of the Original Packaging
  • DO NOT Try to Correct the Problem Yourself Prior to contacting Us

Please contact Adelle Inc. for a return authorization number. Fill out the form attached to your receipt that came with your order. Include the authorization number on the form and place the form with the merchandise and wrap the package securely.

Clearly mark the outside of the package with the authorization number.

All returned merchandise must be sent via courier. When sending packages to us, we advise to obtain a tracking number for your reference and provide suitable packaging to prevent any damage during shipping. All shipping, handling and/or insurance costs will be at the client's expense. Please make sure to label the air way bill as merchandise returning to origin as we will not be responsible for additional brokerage or duty charges and will not accept the package if there are any additional charges.
